A non refundable retainer of $150 (one hundred and fifty dollars) is required at the time of booking along with this signed agreement. Upon signature and receipt of the non refundable retainer, Luv Pets Photography reserves the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, your initial retainer payment/deposit is non-refundable, even if the session date is changed or cancelled for any reason. It is understood that any and all proofs, sample prints and negatives remain the property of Luv Pets Photography. Luv Pets Photography retains copyright in all images created and will have the right to make reproductions for portfolio samples, self-promotion, advertising, and professional competition. The Client may reprint, but not alter or re-edit, any image for sharing and enjoyment with family & friends. Client must obtain written permission from Luv Pets Photography prior to Client, friends or relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit. Luv Pets Photography, takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that all the photographs have been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Luv Pets Photography's control, Luv Pets Photography’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package Model Release – The Client hereby grants to Luv Pets Photography, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use & publish photographs of Client or in which the client maybe included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose. The Client hereby releases Luv Pets Photography from all claims & liability relating to said photographs. Colour correction and/or retouching are included at Photographer's discretion. Client may request further changes for an additional charge. Luv Pets Photography is not responsible for any prints that are not ordered directly from her. For best results, clients with the high-resolution files should only order their prints through a reputable print lab for best results. Images are edited at the photographer’s discretion, and delivered on USB may not include all images shot. The photographer reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards. If the Photographer or her agent is unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to, fire, transportation problems, acts of God, accident, illness, or technical problems, and if she cannot provide another competent professional, all money received by Photographer, will be returned to Client, and Luv Pets Photography shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. Completion Schedule – A sneak peak of several images will be available for clients to view 72 hours after the photography session on the Luv Pets Photography website and social media sites. A complete online gallery and all images will be available within 4 weeks from your photography session date. Please all additional time for print orders and album design and ordering from this date. Additional Expenses: The client is responsible for the photographers travel and all accommodation costs for distances further than 60km from Varsity Lakes. For travel outside of this region, additional travel expenses may be charged and will be quoted by Luv Pets Photography at the time of booking. These costs will be added to your collection selected. All moneys to be payable 7 days prior to the photography session date unless otherwise arranged with Luv Pets Photography. No images will be available for viewing until full monies have been received.
